One2One Mentorship Program – Protégé Scholarship The One2One Mentorship Program reflects our Chapter’s commitment to supporting the personal and professional growth of A/E/C marketers and business developers at both entry and senior levels through structured mentorship. Through monthly in-person sessions, one-on-one mentoring, and online resources, the 2026/2027 program emphasizes goal-setting, skill development, strengthened communication, and growth through self-awareness and inspiring leadership.
