Emma Parker Kelder, the Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at Rogers-O’Brien Construction, is the driving force behind their innovative approach to construction marketing and strategic positioning. She leads the implementation of RO’s goals, vision, and purpose by championing comprehensive strategies, tactics, and programs to achieve objectives. Emma activates company-wide strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and engagement while leading the marketing and communications efforts. Her collaboration with cross-functional teams promotes a highly aligned and loosely coupled workplace. Emma holds a B.A. in Mass Communication and Visual Communication from Louisiana State University and has enjoyed building her career in marketing for multiple ENR-ranked general contractors. Her favorite aspect of working in the A/E/C industry is the people, and she takes pride in continually reshaping the perception of marketing in the construction industry, showcasing its value to internal and external stakeholders.

Heather NC Brown, MBA, is an AEC marketing professional – but also envisions herself as a pursuit strategist or opportunity sculptor or prospect expedition leader. At the end of all of the wonderful chatgpt suggestions, she truly just loves the world of proposals and supporting others on their journey. She has more than twenty years of experience in the built environment, specializing in proposal management, strategic marketing, business development, and corporate marketing. Currently serving as marketing director at Dibble, a Southwest-based multi-disciplinary firm, she leads all marketing efforts at Dibble and counts herself blessed to work with the marketing team she is a part of. Heather's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Public Relations from Central Washington University and an MBA with a focus on Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
