Are you a new manager in AEC marketing/business development, or looking to become a manager in the next couple years? Do you want to sharpen your management skills and elevate the department to drive results? If so, “spawn in” for this SMPS Colorado's Annual In-Person Bootcamp on Friday, August 16 from 8:00am - 4:30pm at Martin/Martin.

Being a new manager can sometimes feel like being thrown into the game on the most difficult player setting, with no guidance or tangible resources to help navigate new responsibilities and challenges you might face in this new level. This all-day, in-person bootcamp is designed to provide middle management marketers with some of the necessary tools to be comfortable in this role. Our bootcamp also gives you the opportunity to build your own personal network of peers and industry leaders, which can be invaluable as you embark on this new career chapter.

The Education Committee’s Annual Bootcamp is an excellent way to get hands-on learning and network with industry peers and leaders. Attendees can earn 5 CEUs toward their CPSM recertification requirements. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, as well as light snacks and beverages for a fun happy hour immediately following the training.

Please see below for the day’s agenda. Session titles and information will be updated shortly.
