Prior to these activitie s, he held an investment and due diligence role with an independent broker dealer focusing on the syndication of commercial real estate transactions t o high net worth investors. He is continuously digging up the next deal in multiple markets ranging from Denver to Colorado Springs, and as far west as Salt Lake City, UT. Chris has more than a decade of engi neering, construction, development, and project management experience, span ning sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and h eavy civil. At Riverside Investment & Development, Chris serves as Vice President and leads all operations in Colorado including development, desi gn, construction, and completion of projects. Chris recently oversaw the de velopment of 110 North Wacker Drive / Bank of America Tower, a 1.5 million RSF and 55-story Class A office building in downtown Chicago. In 2021 he re located to his hometown of Denver to oversee the development of 1900 Lawren ce, a 700,000 RSF and 30-story Class A office building in downtown Denver. Chris received Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Uni versity of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Nick se rves as senior development director leading the mixed-use and multi-family development platforms at Confluent Development. Nick has nine years of deve lopment experience and has led and managed an excess of $230 million in pro jects. As a senior development director, he is responsible for managing the development process through sourcing new opportunities, design & plann ing, marketing, lease negotiation, entitlements, permitting, financing, con struction, and occupancy. Nick has served on several local boards including Denver Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) ICSC’s local Colorado Ch apter and he is heavily involved with NAIOP Colorado. Nick currently serves as Chair of NAIOP Colorado’s Developing Leaders chapter. Through his engag ement with these boards, Nick works to promote and develop professional car eers for members within networking and mentoring programs that educate and enhance young professionals’ career trajectories. Nick was an honoree recog nized in the 2022 Denver Business Journal’s annual 40 Under 40 Award progra m.

Brett joined the leadership team at Schnitzer West to build out the c ompany’s multifamily and mixed-use platform. He is responsible for sourcing , structuring, and executing multifamily investments in the company’s targe t markets. Prior to joining Schnitzer West in 2021, Brett was the Regional Vice President of Development for Aimco in Denver focusing on ground-up and redevelopment of dozens of projects across six major markets. Prior to tha t he executed dense urban multifamily and mixed-use projects in New York Ci ty with Madison Realty Capital and spent time as a Limited Partner with Par tners Group. Brett holds a B.S. in architecture from the University of Wisc onsin-Milwaukee. He has a Master of Science in real estate finance from New York University and completed the Real Estate Management program at Harvar d University. He is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Archit ects, a LEED accredited professional, and a member of ULI.
