Speakers

Dana Williams, CPSM
Senior Marketing Manager
Hyder Construction

Dana is the Senior Marketing Manager at Hyder Construction. She has over 16 years of marketing experience and has been an SMPS member for 15 of those years. A lifelong Obliger, Dana has always felt the strong pull of being accountable to others. It is her Rebel tendencies, though, that have made her life the most interesting. While they’ve led to a complete breakdown, they’ve also given her the strength to set boundaries and understand the power of no. With top strengths as Input and Individualization, it’s no surprise that Dana has a passion for helping others find and use their own superpowers! Dana is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and has a Master's Degree (MA) in Rhetoric, Composition, and Professional Communication. Over the course of her career, she has produced 400+ proposals, written 10+ marketing plans, logged 10,000+ hours in Adobe InDesign, written 1,000+ personal and professional blog posts, taken and edited 2,000+ architectural photos, and learned 750+ hours for CEUs and professional growth. She lives in Denver, CO with her 6-year-old son, Lincoln, 3-year-old twin daughters, Violet and Olivia, her husband, Kyle, and cat, Breckenridge.

Theresa Wynn, CPSM
Senior Marketing Specialist
Terracon Consultants, Inc.

Theresa is the Senior Marketing Specialist at Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon). With seven years of experience in the AEC industry, Theresa is spending more of her time expanding the marketing role at her employee-owned firm, training new marketing specialists, and developing events with the SMPS CO Education Committee. Theresa is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and has a Master's Degree (MA) in Critical Studies from the University of Southern California as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Film from Cornell University. She is a Denver transplant, moving here in 2016 from her home state of Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys taking creative writing classes at Lighthouse Writers, attending the many affordable shows at Colorado Symphony and DCPA, waltzing through the Denver Botanic Gardens, and reading horror novels on the couch with her grey cat. If you ever want to chat about the best bakeries and/or coziest coffee shops around town, she’s your gal!
