With over 20 years’ experience working directly for healthcare owners, Meredith has held a variety of roles from Senior Project Manager, Facilities Director and most recently System Director for Construction. She received her MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School as well as her M.S. and B.S. from University of Colorado Boulder in Civil and Architectural Engineering. While working and pursuing her education she found her passion for healthcare construction. Notable projects she has worked on in the Colorado region are Centura’s Interquest Hospital and St. Francis Bed Tower Expansion. Meredith is a Colorado native that is passionate about her community and loves building highly functioning teams. In her free time, she enjoys skiing with her twin boys and hiking with her husband Shane.

John White
Director of Design and Construction
UC Health

John White is a 30-year healthcare architect who spent the first half of his career in the consulting industry where he was instrumental in the delivery of projects for clients spanning the entire country including a hospital located in Barrow, Alaska the farthest northern US city and 300 miles inside the arctic circle. For the past 11 years John has served as the Director of Design and Construction for UCHealth where he leads a team of 13 staff responsible for four hospitals in the Metro Denver Region including the flagship Anschutz Medical Campus.  In his free time, John is a jazz music enthusiast.

Paul has more than 30 years of experience providing both architecture and program management services for healthcare project renovations and new construction. His experience includes the development of and recommendations for overall project scope and delivery methods, master budget and schedule development, and ongoing project team management. His strengths include managing multiple stakeholders within the overall project team structure, contractor and related sub-contractor procurement processes, and the definition and implementation of sustainable/environmental initiatives. Paul understands the critical importance of defining and maintaining project requirements and constraints in order to manage the Owner's risk while maximizing a project's value.

Jim Hartmann
Senior Vice President Real Estate Development

Jim Hartmann joined NexCore Group in 2018 to help execute and deliver the company's national platform of development, ownership, and management of healthcare real estate. Jim has more than 15 years of experience in structuring, negotiating, and managing healthcare developments nationally. In his role as Senior Vice President Real Estate Development, Jim Hartmann assists in the implementation and overall success of each project. He works with the NexCore team in coordinating all phases of the development process, including transaction structuring, strategy, feasibility, design, budgeting, A/E and GC team selection, leasing, and sales/marketing.
