Fireside Chats: How to Handle Quiet Quitting
Wednesday, October 19, 2022, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM MDT
Category: SOCO

Closing your laptop at 5 p.m. Doing only your assigned tasks. Spending more time with family. These are a few examples of the trend that has gone viral on TikTok over the past few months: quiet quitting. What does it mean for you and your team?

We’ll be joined by industry expert panelists from all different sides of the issue to gain their insight on this latest trend and how you can help your team stay engaged. The conversation will include:

  • Discussing work/life balance and flexible schedules
  • Creating and facilitating healthy work boundaries
  • Understanding workforce future trends as it relates to the A/E/C industry

This event is ideal for all levels: whether you are leading a team, part of a larger organization, or a department of one. Join us for this virtual Fireside Chat that you won’t want to miss.
