Owner's Reps can be an amazing resource when trying to understand existing and potential clients' current needs and expectations. Knowing your clients is the key to developing lasting and trusted relationships, and getting to know Owner’s Reps can give an advantage in the selection process. The Owner's Rep roundtable is an excellent opportunity for facetime with many of our region's most successful Owner's Reps from both the public and private sectors, including municipal, educational, healthcare, industrial and more. Don't miss this chance to learn what issues are affecting their markets, how they procure professional services, and anything else you need to ask to better understand their perspectives, priorities, and experiences.

ERES provides full service commercial real estate services. Tim manages the project management group and works heavily with the development team. ERES is developing hotels and multi-family in markets like Denver, Bozeman and the Gulf coast of Florida. Additionally, Tim provides project management services from ground up development to tenant improvements for clients across North and South America.


Logan Pierson

Logan Pierson is a project manager and relationship developer working with our development partners assisting in all aspects of the real estate process including relationship development, land acquisition, project budgets, pro-forma development, design oversight, municipal relations, project contract negotiations and construction management. Logan is an exemplary professional with proven success of relationship building and project execution and completion. Logan is tremendously relationship oriented, always putting the interests, priorities and goals of DAE Group’s clients first. Logan joined DAE Group in 2018 and has been actively involved over the years in Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation as well as a Board Member of  the Ace Scholarship Foundation. Logan is also a part of leadership at The National Heart Association in Denver.


Rachel Harms
Senior Project Manager

Rachel brings the experience of an architectural educational background, interior design, and general contracting work experience to bear in her management of development projects at TWP. Rachel spent three years as an engineer with PCL Construction in Denver. During that tenure, her project experience included interior tenant finish work, ground-up office building construction, school renovation projects fro Denver Public Schools and civil/infrastructure work. She also spent that time performing preconstruction activities including cost estimating, contractor pricing solicitations and scheduling. Her project responsibilities at TWP include design consultant and contractor procurement, proposal analysis, entitlement management, budget management, scheduling, construction document review, and overall construction management from project fruition through closeout. Rachel’s primary focus at TWP has included life science buildings, civil/infrastructure, office space, and multifamily.


Catherine Robbins
Project Manager
Wember

Catherine Robbins has been a Project Manager at Wember, an owner’s representative service provider, since 2014, and became a Partner as Operations Manager in 2020.  She is a licensed Architect and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management. Catherine is currently working with The Colorado State Fair, The University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, Colorado State University-Pueblo and is on the team managing Harrison School District 2’s $178M bond program.  She led the team behind the Denver Tennis Park, a public-private initiative between Denver Public Schools and the University of Denver that was named the 2018 All Star Project Winner by CREW’s Women of Influence Awards.  Catherine has recently rediscovered her love of swimming and spends most weekends playing in the mountains or creating art projects with daughters Harper and Claire.


Patrick Chambers

Patrick is a seasoned healthcare project delivery leader with over 20 years of experience providing leadership and direction in the areas of planning, programming, design, and construction oversight for major healthcare projects. Patrick has provided services through all phases of large healthcare projects, including strategic planning, financial planning, operational planning, design and construction, and closeout, for more than $5 billion worth of construction. As a testament to his project leadership skills, he was entrusted with the management of a regional health system’s capital expansion program, which included 10 projects with a program value approaching $1 billion with multiple project managers and other staff as direct reports.

William Welch
Principal Program Manager

Will is the Principal Program Manager (and Lead Project Navigator) of the Wm T. Welch Company. We provide project leadership mainly for end-user clients navigating prototype facilities into the built environment. His 40+ years of experience in the industry began as a construction laborer and expanded with a B.S. in Industrial Construction Management from Colorado State University. Past projects cover 20 U.S. states and all major asset classes. The company specializes in projects with difficult development criteria that require creative solutions and consensus from diverse stakeholders. He is professionally affiliated with the Transportation & Development Institute, Construction Institute, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the CSU Construction Management Advisory Board. A true believer in the academic spirit, he also holds an M.S. in Industrial Science: Construction Management from Colorado State University and an M.S. in International Political Economy of Resources from the Colorado School of Mines. When not dreaming of a hypothetical future Ph.D, Will enjoys biking and skiing in Steamboat Springs with his family and traveling the world (top trips include Tibet and Easter Island).


Kurt Connoly

Kurt has been involved in the commercial and educational construction and development markets for over 30 years within Colorado and across the U.S. He is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the development and process management of funding, zoning, programming, construction and occupancy, and he is particularly knowledgeable about the educational built environment in Colorado. His experience includes addition, renovation, and new construction of facilities with expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, team selection and owner occupancy oversight. He oversees all phases of the development from conception, programming, preconstruction, construction, and owner occupancy through the warranty period.


Donovan Nolan

Donovan is a Director with CBRE’s Project Management Services in Denver, Colorado. With more than 17 years of experience successfully leading teams on large, ground-up projects, as well as complex renovations, he takes pride in his commitment to achieving client goals. Through CBRE’s integrated platform, Donovan provides comprehensive project management services focusing on:  business and capital planning, entitlements and due diligence, pre-construction and site selection, and design and construction procurement. Each client is assured proactive communications and technical documentation to minimize risk throughout the project cycle, site due diligence, and cost saving solutions without compromising the quality his clients expect. Prior to joining CBRE, Donovan worked for the General Contractor/Design Build company managing office and field project responsibilities.


Dave Detwiler

Dave has over thirty-five years of construction management and owner's representation experience. His previous experience as Director of Facilities for Colorado Mesa University builds on his knowledge base from the owner's perspective. Dave's focus will be to analyze the design of the facilities to ensure that they are operationally efficient and optimized to meet the needs of the users.
