April's Content over Coffee dives into how technology impacts high-performance teams, and how it influences buying actions. Speaker Kyle Lacy is a Content Marketer, Author & Marketing Trends Expert. He brings over 10 years of experience in marketing, strategy and digital operations. Kyle was a keynote speaker at the SMPS Build Business MAX conference in 2018 where he explores how technology has evolved how we communicate and engage with clients, and how that changes the way people think, buy, and work.  

Through Lacy's different examples, the intent is to think about how technology impacts you and the work that you do, relevant to our industry: What current technologies do you think will stick in our industry moving forward in a post-COVID world? How realistic might adopting some new technologies seem now given the drastic transition to the digital/virtual world?
