Fireside Chats – Winning Others Over
Friday, April 30, 2021, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM MDT
Category: SOCO

Join us for SoCo's next Fireside Friday Chats hosted by the Southern Colorado Committee. "WOO: Winning others over. How to be a Change Agent", How do you effortlessly bring about change in others, your team and in your clients? Some of us seem to have this skill to influence and rally a group naturally, but is it a skill that can be cultivated? What does it mean to be a "change agent" in our industry and what can you do to become one, no matter what your role is? Join our panel of senior-level experts in the industry to learn how you can begin to cultivate your leadership skills and ability to inspire others.

We will explore the following questions:

1. How can you inspire others and be a change agent in your company no matter what role you are in?
2. What's the difference between being a cheerleader and an encouraging motivator?
3. How can you develop "WOO" talent in yourself and others?
