We are bringing together three of the region's municipalities to discuss developments! Attendees will learn about the 500+ projects through Elevate Denver Bond Program, upcoming projects for the Front Range’s next urban center in Westminster, and a new 12 million SF downtown development in Lone Tree. Our municipal panel includes development experts from the City and County of Denver, the City of Westminster, and the City of Lone Tree.

Scott Richrath with the City & County of Denver will provide an update on the more than 500 projects stemming from the Elevate Denver Bond Program — a 10-year, $937 million bond passed in 2017 including transportation, infrastructure, parks and recreation centers, libraries and cultural facility projects. What’s going on at downtown Westminster? Westminster is a first-ring suburb of the metro Denver area and a growing urban center, with a population of about 113,000 – but that doesn’t begin to describe the unique places, neighborhoods and development projects that can be found across the city. Already known for its great use of open space and plenty of parks, Westminster is creating denser and more urban spaces, including its new city hub, Downtown Westminster. Jenni Grafton will share insights about plans for Westminster’s new downtown with plans for 10 million SF of new development. Discover the Ridge Gate Development! Jeff Holwell with the City of Lone Tree will bring information about the largest area of growth in Lone Tree over the next few decades, which will be the master-planned community known as Ridge Gate Development, Lone Tree’s new downtown with 12 million SF of development.
