The diversity of generations is a mystery to many of us. They value different things, their management and leadership styles vary, learn though a variety of platforms, and have numerous ways to make positive changes. Communication across generations can be challenging if you are not familiar with what makes them tick. Join us for a presentation and discussion of the five different generations now in the workplace, what we can learn from each and ways to productively operate in a multi-generational firm while being understood and valued.

Learning Objectives

  • Gain an overview of the five generations in the workforce
  • Understand what significant events impact their decision making
