Lynn Myers Lynn Myers is Senior Vice President of the Denver South Economic Development Partnership (Denver South EDP). The Denver South EDP is an organization of government and business leaders committed to the economic vitality and sustainability of the Denver South region. Prior to joining Denver South EDP in 2007, Lynn served as an Arapahoe County Commissioner for seven years. She is the past chair of the Centennial Airport Board and the E-470 Public Highway Authority Board. Since joining Denver South EDP Lynn has had the opportunity to work with expanding companies in the region including Charles Schwab, Arrow Electronics, Fidelity Investments, Comcast, Cool Planet, and Visa. Lynn was recognized nationally as one of the 50 Top Economic Developers of 2014 by Consultants Connects and received the Economic Development Council of Colorado top award in 2015. Lynn is a graduate of Montana State University and came to Colorado after college to work as the ticket office manager at Keystone Ski Area. She is a Real Estate Broker and had a successful 20+ year career in residential real estate before serving as an elected official. Lynn serves on the Arapahoe/Douglas Workforce Board and on the Board of Developmental Pathways. She is a big Colorado Rockies baseball fan and loves to travel. Lynn makes her home in Aurora, Colorado.
Matt Carlson Matt Carlson has 20 years of experience in economic/community development and strategic management consulting. His expertise includes business recruitment and assistance, international business development, strategic planning, industrial location and real estate development.
Amy Sherman Amy Sherman is the President of the Northwest Douglas County Economic Development Corporation, an organization she helped create in November 2011. The Northwest Douglas County EDC covers Roxborough, Sterling Ranch, Santa Fe Corridor, and Highlands Ranch. The organization is focused on infrastructure improvements, public policy, and marketing of the region as a premier place to locate or expand a business. Amy currently serves as Secretary of the Board to the Chamber of Commerce Highlands Ranch. Amy is the Chair of the Douglas County Energy Coalition and the Douglas County Business Alliance. Amy also serves on the Douglas County Community Foundation Board of Directors. Amy was one of Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 winners in 2012, Economic Development Rookie of the Year in 2013, and Denver Business Journal’s Top Women in Energy in 2015. Previously, Amy was the President & CEO of the West Chamber Serving Jefferson County for ten years. Prior to that Amy worked for the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Tourism Office, and the National Potato Council. Amy is the Past President of the Colorado Chamber of Commerce Executives, and served on the Board of the Colorado Association of Commerce & Industry. She served on the Executive Committee of the Western Association of Chamber Executives, based in California. She has served on several community and business boards, such as Douglas County Educational Foundation, Lamb Spring Archaeological Preserve, Jefferson County EDC, St. Anthony Health Foundation, Lakewood Legacy Foundation, Wheat Ridge 2020, Denver West Kiwanis, and Wheat Ridge Rotary. Amy has a degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Kansas and is a graduate of Institute for Organizational Management, Colorado College. Amy is a Douglas County native and lives in Roxborough with her husband, Steve, and boy/girl twins.
Frank Gray Frank Gray is President and CEO of Castle Rock EDC (2009-Current) after seven years at Adams County Economic Development (ACED) where he was Vice President of Business Development. In his current position Frank is responsible for attracting new businesses and helping existing industry thrive and grow in Castle Rock and Douglas County. Castle Rock EDC has been named the EDCC’s large community of the year in 2009, 2011 and 2015. In 2011 Frank assumed responsibility for the Downtown Development Authority and the Downtown Merchants Association forming what is now know as the Castle Rock Downtown Alliance. Frank sits on a variety of Boards and Commissions including:
Frank, has worked for, started up and owned several small businesses. Frank earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado (Boulder) and the University of Uppsala (Sweden) in International Affairs and Finance, a Masters degree from the University of Lancaster (UK) in Diplomacy and Development Economics. Frank has worked for the United Nations HQ in Geneva, Switzerland and coached volleyball at Regis University, Baylor University and with the USA Youth and Junior National Volleyball Program. In his free time, Frank soaks up his family time with Julie (wife), Mason (9) and Emma (7) and Anya (3). Frank recently completed a summit of Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt. Sill. Frank enjoys playing golf, mtn Biking, traveling, backpacking and skiing in Colorado’s backcountry. REGISTRATION
