The safety of our members and event attendees is of utmost concern, so we'll be taking strict cautionary measures throughout the event to ensure the safety of anyone who chooses to attend in person. 

Asterisk is a 5-Star Certified Venue. Masks will be required both indoors and outdoors unless you are actively eating and/or drinking. Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue and the event. 

 Please find a schedule of events for the evening below, along with specific COVID-19 precautions we'll be taking at each step. We hope you'll join us on May 20 to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Colorado’s top AEC firms and professionals. It will be an evening of networking, great food, and recognition of our 2020 award winners!

5:00 – 5:30 PM | Check-in and reception

• There will be a COVID check-in as you enter the event for temperature checks and to verify your contact information
• People’s Choice Voting will be touchless via a link on the back of your nametag
• Menus will be touchless via a link on the back of nametags

5:30 – 6:45 PM | Awards ceremony

• We will have a socially distanced theater-style presentation of awards
• The awards will also be streamed online for those who choose not to attend in person

6:45 – 8:30 PM | Rooftop networking party

• Outdoor networking will follow the event
• The bar will feature recyclable single-serve disposable cups to limit contact
• Buffet will be served by professionally trained catering staff to limit contact.

5:00 – 5:30 PM | Virtual networking reception

5:30 – 6:45 PM | Live broadcast of awards ceremony
